This house – is the authentic stone farmhouse, dating from the seventeenth century. In the year 2022, a laborious reform has been carried out, creating an intelligent combination between the traditional and the new and choosing the best materials – ecological, sustainable and totally respectful of nature and health. The current result – is a beautiful house, contemporary and vernacular at the same time, simple and sophisticated.
The farmhouse has a total of 768m2 spread over three floors, with two adjacent auxiliary buildings. The property is perfect for investment as a rural house, collaborative housing, retirement home or as a beautiful home for a large family.
